Microphone


Field replaceable dynamic or electret style microphones are built to a MIL-PRF-26542 specification for our dynamic microphone, and TSO RTCA/DO-214 specification for the electrets.

Earphones


Field replaceable (Except for ENC version) dynamic earphones are built to a MIL-PRF-25670 specification. We also use a Mylar diaphragm that has been tested to survive harsh conditions that people encounter worldwide.  These are the same earphones that we manufacture in bulk quantity for David Clark and Gentex Corporation.

Cable Assembly


Poly urethane outer jacket with Teflon insulated inner-conductors made of copper. Minimal 100,000 flexes at 180 degrees tested in our facility.
