Acousticom Corporation can replace the original communications with high quality ANR technology. This modification includes new high attenuation ear cups and the necessary microphone, boom and cables. This conversion also has a built in rechargeable battery that removes the need for an external power supply or bulky battery pack.

Active noise technology will remove low-end frequency noise experienced in noisy aircraft. The ANR feature adds an extra 20 dB of noise cancellation to the military style passive ear cups (Rated 24 dB Passive Reduction). A unique feature about this ANR technology is the internal rechargeable Li-on battery. Acousticom has conveniently removed the bulky battery pack and replaced it with a lightweight alternative that can be charged with a standard outlet.
